From the perspective of the core process flow, a standard double sealed insulated glass production line is a precision collaborative system engineering. The first step is cleaning and drying. After machine cleaning, the glass raw sheet needs to undergo light inspection to ensure that there are no water stains or dirt on the surface, and assembly should be completed within 1 hour to prevent secondary pollution. Subsequently, it enters the process of producing spacer frames and filling molecular sieves. After the aluminum spacer strips are bent and formed, they are filled with approximately 3/5 to 4/5 volume of molecular sieve desiccant to adsorb interlayer moisture. Next is the core "double sealing" process: the first seal uses hot melt butyl adhesive, which ensures absolute sealing of the internal space with its extremely low air permeability; The second seal uses polysulfide or silicone structural adhesive to provide excellent structural strength and aging resistance, ensuring the stability of the glass in complex environments such as curtain walls.
在硬件配置與智能化控制方面,現代中空玻璃生產線展現出了極高的技術水準。設備通常采用PLC可編程控制器與觸摸屏人機界面,實現全自動、多段變頻無級調速。清洗干燥段多采用304不銹鋼材質,配備多級水路循環系統與高壓傾斜風刀,確保高效去污與風干;合片與壓片環節則引入伺服電機驅動與真空吸盤技術,精準控制壓合力度與平行度,避免玻璃劃傷或破損。此外,先進的生產線還集成了Low-E鍍膜自動識別系統,能自動檢測鍍膜面朝向并報警防錯,大幅降低了人為操作失誤。

The equipment usually adopts PLC programmable controller and touch screen human-machine interface to achieve fully automatic, multi-stage variable frequency stepless speed regulation. The cleaning and drying section is mostly made of 304 stainless steel material, equipped with a multi-stage water circulation system and a high-pressure inclined air knife to ensure efficient cleaning and air drying; The lamination and pressing process introduces servo motor drive and vacuum suction cup technology to accurately control the lamination force and parallelism, avoiding glass scratches or damage. In addition, the advanced production line also integrates a Low-E coating automatic recognition system, which can automatically detect the coating surface orientation and alarm for error prevention, greatly reducing human operation errors.
