立式丁基膠涂布機的核心工作邏輯可拆解為兩條主線:

1. 供料系統——螺旋轉子泵

設備采用螺旋轉子泵作為供料動力裝置。當被輸送的丁基膠(通常需加熱至近140°C液化)通過進液管時,離心力將膠體從轉子葉輪中甩出,獲得一定動能(即壓力),流入定壓室與靜壓箱產生真空后,經定量閥進入定量室并保持恒定狀態。轉子持續轉動,膠體周而復始循環流動,直至達到所需濃度,從而實現流量大且穩定可靠的連續供料。

The equipment adopts a spiral rotor pump as the feeding power device. When the conveyed butyl rubber (usually heated to nearly 140 ° C for liquefaction) passes through the inlet pipe, centrifugal force throws the colloid out of the rotor impeller, obtaining a certain kinetic energy (i.e. pressure), flowing into the constant pressure chamber and static pressure box to create a vacuum, and then entering the constant pressure chamber through the quantitative valve and maintaining a constant state. The rotor continues to rotate, and the colloid flows in a cyclic manner until the desired concentration is reached, thereby achieving a large flow rate and stable and reliable continuous feeding.

液壓系統根據國外樣機測繪制造,通過電磁換向閥控制液壓缸實現雙向運動:

涂膠1YA通電,換向閥左位接入缸體由右向左運動擠出丁基膠進行涂布
Apply glue 1YA and power on. Connect the left position of the directional valve to the cylinder block and move from right to left to extrude butyl glue for coating
保壓1YA斷電,換向閥中位液控單向閥+蓄能器保壓壓力降至下限時自動補壓
When the 1YA pressure is maintained and the power is cut off, the directional valve, the center position hydraulic control check valve, and the accumulator will automatically replenish the pressure when the pressure drops to the lower limit
退回2YA通電,換向閥右位接入缸體由左向右運動活塞桿退回,準備下一循環
Return 2YA to power on, connect the directional valve to the cylinder body in the right position, and move the piston rod from left to right to retract, preparing for the next cycle
系統利用電接點壓力表實時調節壓力:當無桿腔壓力升至上限,觸點發出信號使1YA斷電、液壓泵關閉,由蓄能器保壓;壓力降至下限時自動恢復供油。這一閉環控制確保涂布壓力始終穩定在工作范圍內。
The system uses an electric contact pressure gauge to adjust pressure in real time: when the pressure in the rodless chamber rises to the upper limit, the contact sends a signal to cut off power to 1YA and shut down the hydraulic pump, which is maintained by the accumulator; Automatically resume fuel supply when the pressure drops to the lower limit. This closed-loop control ensures that the coating pressure remains stable within the working range.
值得注意的是,液壓缸與丁基膠缸安裝在同一水平線上,兩者之間的間隔用于充添固體丁基膠。
It is worth noting that the hydraulic cylinder and the butyl rubber cylinder are installed on the same horizontal line, and the gap between the two is used to fill solid butyl rubber.
