丁基膠在施工中斷膠是怎么回事？該怎么辦？

　　02丁基膠內(nèi)含有雜質(zhì)除了在打膠過程中機(jī)器的調(diào)試和溫度的把控，丁基膠的質(zhì)量也是影響施工流暢度的一個重要因素，如果丁基膠內(nèi)存在雜質(zhì)以及氣泡，也會造成涂覆不流暢，出現(xiàn)斷膠、堵塞等問題，影響施工進(jìn)度。

　　01首先注意施工的溫度控制，根據(jù)廠家提供的擠出溫度范圍進(jìn)行設(shè)定，一般機(jī)筒的溫度在110-130℃之間，為了使膠擠出的更加均勻，機(jī)頭的溫度可以稍微高一些，一般范圍在112-132℃之間。

　　02溫度的調(diào)整需要注意循序漸進(jìn)，在施膠開始前，應(yīng)進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)呐艢猓瑴p少內(nèi)部空氣汽泡，防止擠膠時出現(xiàn)斷膠現(xiàn)象。
